THE CHINESE FESTIVITY
Like INDIA , the CHINESE people gave importance to various festivals being celebrated by the people of the country . The biggest festival celebrated by the CHINESE people were called NOROJ . As per the CHINESE calenders , this festival was celebrated from the first day of the first month of their calenders till fifteenth of that month . In this festival , every house , cottage and every hut was decorated with flowers and festoons . And beacon lights were lit on every house . Every household people celebrated this festival with their family members and others . Similarly , in the fifth day of the month of the year TUAN BU was celebrated with a great enthusiasm . MUNG-CHIN , a festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the eighth month of the year as per the CHINESE calenders . Likewise , at least two festivals were celebrated in the honor of their ancestors . They used to go to the tombs of their ancestors to offer their respect to them . Similarly , on the Seventh day of the Seventh month of the year , a festival was celebrated by the virgin girls of the society . And on the nineth day of the nineth month of the year , scholars like poets , Philosophers and other literary people of the society used to go for hiking for spending their days on the mountain top . The feast was organized there . They used to sing and play on different musical instruments . The festivals in the ancient CHINA was celebrated as per changes of the seasons . These used to be their especial occasions for them . But after the CHINESE revolution , the ancient calendars of CHINA was discarded and new Gregorian Calendar was being used destroying their ancient cultural ethos of the CHINESE society .

The sports of different types were played in different occasions in the ancient CHINA . The CHINESE farmers used to play TA-TUNG during their leisure hours in which they exhibited the oil lamps of different types . In a sport called BU-SHIH , people used to exhibit like a lion . Third types of play was BU-LUNG in which the CHINESE people used to show the tricks of demons . These types of sports continued for fifteen days to one months . These types of games used to be rotated from one village to another . And from this rotation one can presume that the number of one village might be coming for organizing these sport festivals after many years . Simultaneously with these sports was also organized fairs where village products were displayed for sales .Their qualities were excellent and competitive to some extent . These traditions appeared to be similar to fairs organized in INDIA when festivals like DASHAHRA*/DIPAWALI*/HOLI*/ CHHATH* were celebrated especially in the INDIAN villages.

The CHINESE CIVILIZATION was one of the most ancient Civilizations of the world . The CHINESE civilization had four features which made it unique and stable in many senses . It gave stability to such a big Empire and unique in the sense that many inventions were made by them which helped other Civilizations of world to be enlightened to a considerable extent . These features were as follows : 1. THE CHINESE CIVILIZATION WAS CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL ; 2. STABILITY ; 3. ALL COMPREHENSIVE ; and 4. ITS HUMAN NATURE . It implies that the CHINESE Civilization was original in the sense that it was not copied from any other Civilizations of the world as such ; it provided stability to the CHINESE society as we see how the other Civilizations of the world like Civilizations of EGYPT and SUMER were destroyed during the courses of time but it remained intacked uptill now ; similarly , the CHINESE language and its scripts didn’t change throughout the history which kept CHINESE people united till now ; and lastly, the CHINESE civilization , like that of the INDIAN CIVILIZATION , was human in the sense that it invented many things of daily uses ; so that it could be used by the entire human society at large as such . As we can see that the gunpowder was invented in CHINA , but it couldn’t be used at all for the purpose of destruction as such . In the ancient CHINA it was used for the purpose of sporting and games only . But after the CHINESE revolution the scenario has completely been changed .
